​​Not all criminal cases require the services of an experienced investigator.   A licensed private investigator is specifically authorized by Florida law to gather evidence for use in criminal trials and  can become an important member of your legal defense team.  A private investigator can provide several unique and strategic functions in planning an effective defense to the government’s charges.  Especially when the police report doesn’t tell the whole story.

Indigent or Partially Indigent For Costs

Pullara & Associates, LLC, has met all the compliance requirements of the Florida Justice Administrative Commission and is an eligible due process contract vendor for Criminal Defense Investigations.  In the course of a qualifying indigent for cost representation our fees are paid directly by the State of Florida.  This type of initial relief can help financially disadvantaged defendants gain access to a fair and meaningful investigation.  Our professional staff will assist in filing all indigent qualifying paperwork and motions required by the court and the Justice Administrative Commission on behalf of the defendant.
